We Know Who He Is: Trump claims to know who shot Ashli Babbitt

Frank
Greg Kelly of Newsmax reported on a recent statement released by Donald Trump that centered around January 6 incidents and the officer who shot Ashil Babbitt. Trump says in his statement, "we know who he is" and Greg Kelly heads to a commercial.

Trump referred to the officer who pulled the trigger as a murderer and suggests that if this happened to someone on the left side of politics, it would be a whole different story right now.

Insider quoted Donald Trump:

"I spoke to the wonderful mother and husband of Ashli Babbitt, who was murdered at the hands of someone who should have never pulled the trigger of his gun," Trump said. "We know who he is. If this happened to the 'other side,' there would be riots all over America, and yet there are far more people represented by Ashli, who truly loved America, than there are on the other side."

Trump then added: "The Radical Left haters cannot be allowed to get away with this. There must be justice!"

Trump does make a good point. If this happened to a Democrat protester, the Democrats would be all over it. It seems like Ashli Babbitt's case is being swept under the rug by politicians or that the media just doesn't seem to cover it like they would if she were a Democrat.

Even when the cops rightfully shoot a criminal, if the guy is black, then Democrats protest. Cops don't care what color you are, if you're breaking the law and charging them with a knife or a gun, then you're probably gonna get shot. It's not a skin color thing, it's called the cops want to go home to their family too, so in the event that someone swings a knife or pulls a gun on a cop - they're gonna get shot. It's as simple as that.

Now that doesn't mean every single cop shooting is justified, because some have been bad. That's a given, but there are bad apples in every job. Look at your job right now - chances are most of us can name at least one person who's always screwing up and should get canned. It just so happens that being a police officer and making a mistake is a much bigger mistake than most and unless we've been in their shoes, we can't really talk.

Ashli Babbitt was shot point blank while there was other people behind her. She was reaching through a window and got blasted. The cop could have tapped her on the head and knocked her back and then drew his weapon to warn her - but he just shot her instead. It was a terrible decision on his part, that's for sure.

Will her family ever get closure to losing their loved one?

It's terribly sad how many people were hurt or died as a result of that day... and what did it accomplish? Did anything change? :/
